OpenDisclosure

Terms and payment

Customer terms · Effective 5 October 2026

OpenDisclosure is operated by Noah Haibach, trading as Datalevia. Our business address, VAT identification number and email are in the Impressum.

Paid plans are offered only to public bodies, organisations and people purchasing for their business or professional activities. We do not offer paid plans for personal consumer use. You must be authorised to place an order for your organisation.

OpenDisclosure provides an online workspace for document intake, review, redaction, publication and audit records. Access is delivered online. Free workspaces have the published Free allowances; paid access starts after payment is confirmed or the agreed order is activated.

Your order confirms the plan, price, billing interval and contract term. Any individually agreed order terms take precedence over these general terms. Optional features are subject to the plan and connection settings available in your workspace.

The price list states prices and allowances per organisation in euros (EUR), excluding applicable VAT. Tax treatment and any applicable VAT are stated in your order or invoice. Essentials is €350 per month or €3,600 per year. Annual invoice contracts are prepaid; invoices are due within 30 days unless the order states otherwise.

Mollie processes self-service payments. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. By starting a recurring subscription you authorise recurring payments for the selected interval until cancellation. Professional, Premium and Enterprise orders are arranged with us directly.

Request and page allowances cover the contract year. Extra usage is charged at the published rates and subject to the applicable spending ceiling. Mid-year upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at renewal. Any different Enterprise pricing or allowance is stated in its order.

You can cancel a monthly Essentials subscription before the next charge using the billing controls in your workspace or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; access to the paid plan continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Annual plans are prepaid for the agreed term. Cancelling an annual recurring subscription stops its next renewal. Invoice contracts end or renew according to the agreed order. Cancellation does not by itself refund a period already paid for, and charges for usage already incurred remain payable.

For a refund request or disputed charge, contact us with your organisation, invoice or payment reference and the reason for the request. We review the circumstances and applicable rights. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights, including rights concerning defective services.

There are no physical goods to ship or return.

You are responsible for the lawful collection, upload, disclosure and retention of your documents, for account access within your organisation, and for final review of redactions before publication. Automated or AI suggestions do not replace that review. Do not upload unlawful material, misuse the service or attempt to access another organisation’s information.

Keep a copy of information you need independently of the service. Closing a disclosure request is a workflow action; it does not itself delete documents. Storage and deletion follow the applicable retention settings and legal holds.

Our privacy notice explains website, account and payment processing. Your organisation remains responsible for personal data in its disclosure workflow. Where we process that data on your behalf, a data-processing agreement and the agreed processing instructions govern that processing; these customer terms do not replace that agreement.

For support, billing questions, cancellation or a data-processing agreement, use our contact form or the email in the Impressum.
